Through modifications, progressions, and time-efficient workouts, we make movement a non-negotiable part of your day — one that works with your energy, your lifestyle, and your goals.

I began my fitness journey through sports, playing all the way into my freshman year of college. After one final shot at track, I felt lost. Though I had always been "skinny"—barely hitting 120 lbs in high school—I struggled with feeling "skinny fat," self-conscious about where I carried weight and unsure how to truly feel strong. I knew how to move through cardio and bodyweight routines but felt weak and out of place when it came to strength training.
Transferring schools as a sophomore sparked something in me. I started showing up at the gym for 5 AM workouts, determined to figure it out. I didn’t have perfect programming, and I made plenty of mistakes—but I kept going. I saw progress and realized that fitness wasn’t about doing everything perfectly; it was about showing up consistently, learning your body, and trusting the process.
During the pandemic, I discovered calisthenics, and everything changed. I learned how to actually work with my body instead of fighting against it. As I explored different training styles, I found strength—physically and mentally—and began to understand the importance of programming, structure, and sustainable routines. Planet Fitness became my lab, where I developed consistency, tested my approach, and built real strength.
Even though I never had a personal trainer myself, I followed programs and saw firsthand how structured, goal-oriented training could transform your life. But what truly stuck with me was this:
Fitness should fit into your life—it shouldn’t overtake it.
Now, as a personal trainer, my mission is to help others find the same freedom and strength. I believe fitness should support your lifestyle, not dominate it. That’s why I focus on helping my clients create systems that work for their schedule, their goals, and their energy—not someone else’s idea of perfection. With guidance, accountability, and an approach that puts you in control, I’m here to help you build a lifestyle where fitness finally makes sense.
