1. What services do you offer?
I offer one-on-one online training, in person partner and group training, custom workout programs, and online plans to help you reach your goals, whether they’re strength, weight loss, or overall fitness related.
2. Do I need to be in shape to start personal training?
Not at all! I work with clients of all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs.
3. What can I expect in a personal training workout?
Each workout is designed to match your goals, whether that’s improving strength, mobility, endurance, or weight loss. We'll focus on correct form, progressive overload, and creating a fun, effective workout.
4. How do I get started?
You can start by booking a free consultation. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any concerns you may have. From there, we can discuss the best outlet for you
5. Do you offer online training?
Yes! I offer online coaching programs for those who prefer the flexibility of working out at home or on their own schedule. I’ll provide detailed workout plans and check in regularly to track your progress through a app.
6. How often should I train with a personal trainer?
This depends on your goals and availability. Most clients see great results training 2-4 times per week. I will help you determine the best schedule for your needs.
7. What type of equipment will I need?
For in-person training, we’ll use equipment provided. For online programs, I can tailor the plan to whatever equipment you have access to, whether that’s just your bodyweight, basic home equipment, or a full gym.
8. What is your cancellation policy for video call appointments or consultation calls?
I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within this window, I will work with you to find another time.
9. How long before I start seeing results?
Results vary depending on the individual and their goals, but most clients start to notice physical changes and improvements in strength and stamina within 4-6 weeks of consistent training.
10. Do you provide meal plans or nutrition advice?
I DO NOT currently offer meal plans as I have not obtained my nutritionist certification however I do off nutritional advice and guidance as part of my personal training packages to help you align your eating habits with your fitness goals. We can work together to ensure your diet supports your overall health and performance.
